From "Tampa Bay", south on the ICW = Inter Coastal Water Way, to "Sarasota Bay", continuing Inshore and Back Bay, on to the Venice Jetties. Just north of our "Award Winning Siesta Key Beach", is one of Florida's "Top 10" Near-Shore Reefs. "Lynn Silvertooth Reef" is just one of the many reefs, 2 to 15 mile reefs. More adventurous Big Game Fisherman can head Off-Shore for some Blue Water, Sport Fishing, and / or some Grouper - Snapper Digging. Out there we fish Reefs, Wrecks, Structure, and Hard Bottom. We do it all, Power Drift, Slow Troll, "Run & Gun", and may simply stay "On the Hook". All aboard, "Look Out", for Eddies, Weed Lines, Birds, Color Changes, Rips & Pushes, Slicks, and Water Temp' Changes. "It's Off The Hook" Team Fishing, Each season brings its own special target species:

Inshore Fishing:
"Inside" we catch: Trout – Red Fish – Snook – Flounder – Pompano – Tarpon – Blue Fish.

Offshore Fishing:
"Outside" we catch: Grouper – Snapper - Permit – Cobia – Sea Bass – Barracuda - Jacks – Shark –Triple Tail - Kings – Spanish – Wahoo – Tuna - Dorado, and many of these are resident fish, caught year round. Tight Lines" & "Catch m Up"!

"A Three Hour Tour":
Aboard this roomy 24+ footer, cruising activities are endless in the Tampa Bay - Sarasota Bay - Venice area. There's always a Gilligan in the group, on our "Three Hour Tour", try: Dolphin Watching, Birding, Nature Tour, a Sandbar Picnic, and hop on an island you can call, "Gilligan's Island for a Catered "Shore Lunch". Take a "Water Taxi" to one of the many unique water-front restaurants for some Fine Dining or a barefoot, casual meal. Cruise the Bays admiring Shore Birds, Dolphins, Manatees, and Cruise the Coastline from our "Passes" to the neighboring "Cuts and Inlets". Whatever you do in the day, on "The Other West Coast", it's hard to beat our beautiful Sarasota Sun Sets over the Gulf of Mexico. Possibly, shop water front properties; personally appraise real-estate, or just admire our unique local architecture, history, and culture from the water. Renewing your Vows, Weddings, and memorials at Sea are available. A slow Moon Lit Ride with Romantic Music would definitely be a "one of a kind" event for that special someone.

Don't forget the "Sarasota & Venice Christmas Boat Parades", and Residential Christmas Lights Tour in your private "Aqua Sleigh". The 4th of July weekend, we have the "Offshore Grand Prix", the "Friendliest Fishing Tournament", and it's possible to see several fireworks displays at once from the bay.

"Das boat":
The "MaryAnn and the Skipper 2" is a "Hydro Sports 2390 Vector", a 24'4" long with a capacity of 10, six comfortably please. She's beautifully sleek, has clean lines, and is smooth through tough seas. The "MaryAnn" is a Female and Family Friendly vessel, with a standup enclosed private "Head", our marine bathroom. She has a fresh water shower / hand wash, and an easy walk-through aft / "Euro Transom", to the back deck. The MaryAnn has every single thing my MaryAnn requested. The "Hydra Sports INC" motto, "We take no short cuts", make a "Top of the Line", Comfortable, Unsinkable - "Positive Buoyancy", Fast, and Dry Running Vessel. She's commercially insured with the recommended underwriter approved by the Florida Guides Association". Include a "XM Satellite Radio" with all the major sporting events, a custom "Boarding Rail" & Ladder for a sailor of any age, abundant dry – hot – cold storage, and of course, comfortable seating forward and aft. "MaryAnn" is the "Coolest", with a very unique extendable "T" top for lots of shade if desired.

As for fishing, she's loaded with electronics, a 40 gal. live-well, down riggers, and "Rupp" top gun out riggers "She Can Catch Everything".

What's provided: Bottled Water, assorted Soft Drinks, light snacks, Ice, Professional "PENN" fishing gear, all the bait & tackle, Fishing License(s), but mostly peace of mind. With the "SPOT MESSENGER" on "Google Maps", folks at home will know where we are the whole time and in real time. AND, the Coast Guard, County Sherriff, Marine Patrol, and Sea Tow will know instantly if we have any trouble by a NOOA – EPURB transmitter, The " SPOT MESSENGER", and VHF Radios.

What to Bring?
Capture the magic, bring a Camera. Don't forget Sun Block, Hat, other Protective Clothing, any special beverages, and tackle if you wish. But please don't bring bananas or any banana brand products.

Captain Dave began fishing Florida's East Central Coast from 1960 to 1968. Then 1975, moved to Spring Hill, Fl fishing the "Other West Coast", "Pridedo Key" to "Marathon, Florida Keys", but most frequently out of Bayport, "Weeki Watchie" & Hernando Beach. Mid August 1989, he transferred to Sarasota and "Here I'll stay". He has a USCG Master Captains License, Merchant Marine 100 ton documents, a Sarasota County Occupational License, a Florida Registered LLC, and a Federal EIN#.
